B. Wayne Hughes Jr. is a businessman, rancher, and philanthropist working to improve the pristine landscape, vibrant culture, and way of living for residents across the USA. In 2013, he founded Serving California, a non-profit that facilitates healing for people who have experienced suffering, including military families, crime survivors, and inmates looking to rebuild their lives. In 2018, Serving California changed its name to Serving USA in order to take on ministry opportunities in additional states.

Dr. Don Davis, an ordained minister, is the Founder and Director of World Impact's Urban Ministry Institute. He graduated from both Wheaton College and Wheaton Graduate School, and earned his Ph.D. in Religion from the University of Iowa School of Religion (2000). Dr. Davis joined the staff of World Impact in 1975, and is currently TUMI's Director and a professor in its Hope School of Ministry. He also serves as World Impact's national Vice President of Church Resources, and leads TUMI's extensive distance learning programs, with satellite classes in 12 countries. Dr. Davis has authored a number of texts, curricula, and study materials to equip urban leaders, including the Capstone Curriculum, TUMI's premiere distance education seminary instruction. In 2009 he received the Distinguished Alumni Fellow Award from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Dr. Davis is also a member of the Society of Biblical Literature and the American Academy of Religion.

Scott Wicklund was born and raised in Amherst, MA. He made his way west and graduated from the University of Southern California (USC). Scott has been a real estate broker, developer, asset manager, leasing agent and property manager since 1988. He worked for the P&G Company and Fletcher Properties in San Diego, CA. before moving to Bend, Oregon to start his own Real Estate Development and Brokerage firm; The Wicklund Group. Scott currently resides in Bend Oregon and is active in civic issues and projects. He also enjoys travel, scuba diving, snow skiing and cycling.
